Post-Operative Care

Discharge day is when complications start and supervision stops. A nurse at home watches the wound, manages the pain, keeps you moving safely, and spots infection or a clot early — which is the whole point.

Common questions

Post-Operative Care — your questions

Can you remove my stitches or staples?

Yes, at home on the date your surgeon specifies. Bring us the discharge summary so we follow their instructions rather than a generic timeline.

What if the wound looks infected?

The nurse will photograph and document it, start the agreed protocol, and get a doctor involved the same day — either ours on a home visit or your own surgeon.

Tell us what you need. We will call you.

We do not publish a phone number — we call you instead. Leave your number and a coordinator will be in touch within minutes to arrange the visit.
