Common questions

Questions about home healthcare

How booking works, what we can and cannot do at home, and how pricing and insurance work. If your question is not here, leave your number and ask it.

How do I book if there is no phone number on the site?

You leave your number on the call-back form and we call you, usually within about fifteen minutes during the day. It means you are not sitting in a queue, and the person who calls has already read what you need. You can also email us.

How quickly can someone reach me?

For most Dubai addresses we aim for a doctor or nurse within about an hour of confirming the visit. Lab visits and physiotherapy are usually booked into a slot that suits you rather than treated as urgent.

Do you take insurance?

Some services are covered by some policies, and home healthcare is frequently reimbursement-only rather than direct billing. We will tell you plainly what your policy is likely to cover before the visit, and give you an itemised invoice and report either way.

Is this suitable for an emergency?

No. We are not an emergency service. For chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, a suspected stroke or an unresponsive person, call 998 immediately.

Are your clinicians licensed in Dubai?

Yes. Every doctor, nurse and therapist holds a current DHA licence, and we verify qualifications and background before a first visit. Laboratory work is processed by DHA-licensed, internationally accredited laboratories.

What can you not do at home?

Imaging beyond portable equipment, surgery, anything needing continuous monitoring, and genuine emergencies. Home healthcare has real limits and pretending otherwise is how people get hurt — when you need a hospital we will tell you to go to one.

Can you visit a hotel or an office?

Yes — hotels, hotel apartments, holiday rentals, offices and labour accommodation. Anywhere in Dubai you can give us an address and someone to meet at the door.

Do you have female doctors and nurses?

Yes. Tell us your preference when we call you back and we will match it wherever the rota allows — it is a request we get constantly and plan for.

How is my medical information handled?

Your records are confidential and are shared only with the clinicians involved in your care, or with anyone you give written consent for. Results are released to you, not to employers or insurers.

Can I book for a parent who lives alone?

Yes, and many of our regular bookings come from adult children — often from abroad. We will keep you updated after each visit with their consent, and we would rather you asked than worried.
