How quickly can a doctor reach me?
For most Dubai addresses we aim to have a doctor with you within about 60 minutes of confirming the visit. Traffic, the time of day and how far out you are all play a part, and we will give you an honest window when we call you back — not an optimistic one.
Is this suitable for an emergency?
No. A home visit is for illness and injury that needs a doctor but not a hospital. If someone has chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, a suspected stroke, or is unresponsive, call 998 for an ambulance immediately.
Can the doctor prescribe medication?
Yes. Our doctors are licensed to prescribe in the UAE and can issue a prescription during the visit. We can also have the medication delivered to you, so you do not have to go out to a pharmacy afterwards.
