Physiotherapy at Home
A clinic gym is a strange place to relearn your own stairs. Our physiotherapists treat you at home, using your real sofa, your real bathroom and your real doorways — which is why the progress tends to hold once the sessions end.

Common questions
About Physiotherapy at Home
How many sessions will I need?
Simple soft-tissue problems often settle in four to six sessions. Post-surgical and neurological rehab usually runs for weeks to months. You will get an honest estimate after the first assessment, and we will tell you when you no longer need us.
Do you bring equipment?
Yes — a treatment couch, exercise bands, weights and electrotherapy or ultrasound where the plan calls for it. You do not need to buy anything to start.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
Not to be assessed. Some insurers require a referral before they will reimburse, and post-surgical rehab should follow your surgeon’s protocol, so bring any letters you have.
Tell us what you need. We will call you.
We do not publish a phone number — we call you instead. Leave your number and a coordinator will be in touch within minutes to arrange the visit.
