Fever, flu, chest infections, stomach upsets and minor injuries can all be handled at home. The doctor examines you, explains what is going on, and prescribes on the spot.
That includes pediatricians and hotel visits for guests who have fallen ill a long way from home.
Nursing and physiotherapy
Recovery happens at home, not in hospital.
Discharge day is when supervision stops and complications start. A nurse at home watches the wound, manages the medication and catches problems early.
And rehab in your own home means practising on your stairs and your bathroom — which is what makes the progress stick.
Lab tests and checkups
Sampled in your kitchen. Read on your phone.
Blood tests genuinely do not require you to go anywhere. A phlebotomist visits when it suits you, an accredited laboratory runs the sample, and results usually arrive the same day.
And crucially, a doctor calls to explain them. A report full of numbers with nobody to interpret it is close to useless.

We cover the medical side of children’s health — the pediatrician, the immunisations, the physiotherapy. Autism assessment, ABA, speech and occupational therapy are run by our sister centre, Compass Autism Care.

The questions we get asked most
How do I book if there is no phone number on the site?
You leave your number on the call-back form and we call you, usually within about fifteen minutes during the day. It means you are not sitting in a queue, and the person who calls has already read what you need. You can also email us.
How quickly can someone reach me?
For most Dubai addresses we aim for a doctor or nurse within about an hour of confirming the visit. Lab visits and physiotherapy are usually booked into a slot that suits you rather than treated as urgent.
Do you take insurance?
Some services are covered by some policies, and home healthcare is frequently reimbursement-only rather than direct billing. We will tell you plainly what your policy is likely to cover before the visit, and give you an itemised invoice and report either way.
Is this suitable for an emergency?
No. We are not an emergency service. For chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, a suspected stroke or an unresponsive person, call 998 immediately.
