What the visit includes
- Unhurried consultation with a DHA-licensed general practitioner
- Full examination and vital signs — blood pressure, temperature, oxygen, pulse
- Prescription issued on the spot where treatment is needed
- Rapid bedside tests where they change the decision
- A written summary, and onward referral or lab tests if required

Will I get a medical certificate if I need one?
Yes, where the consultation supports it. Our doctors can issue a sick leave certificate for your employer in line with UAE requirements.
What should I have ready before the doctor arrives?
Your Emirates ID, any medication you are currently taking, and any recent test results or hospital letters. If the patient is a child, have their vaccination record to hand.
