What you pay, and who might refund it

Here is what we know, stated plainly: how visits are priced, what documentation you get, and why most policies do not cover home healthcare on direct billing.

An itemised invoice, every time

Every visit comes with an itemised invoice and, where relevant, a medical report — the two documents almost every insurer asks for at claim stage.

Told before, not after

You get the price for the visit when we call you back, before anyone sets off. No arriving-at-the-door surprises.

An honest read on your cover

Home healthcare is often excluded or reimbursement-only, even on good policies. We will tell you what your policy is likely to do rather than let you assume.

Common questions

Insurance and payment

Do you bill my insurer directly?

For most home healthcare, no — direct billing is the exception rather than the rule in this segment. You pay at the visit and claim back with the invoice and report we give you. Where a direct arrangement does exist for your insurer, we will say so when you call.

What documents will I get?

An itemised invoice, a medical report where a doctor was involved, laboratory reports issued by the accredited lab, and prescription copies. That set covers what most policies require.

How do I pay?

Card or bank transfer. The amount is confirmed with you on the call-back before the visit is booked, so there is nothing to negotiate at the door.

Tell us what you need. We will call you.

We do not publish a phone number — we call you instead. Leave your number and a coordinator will be in touch within minutes to arrange the visit.
