Will my travel insurance cover the visit?
Most travel policies reimburse an in-room doctor visit, but nearly all require you to pay first and claim afterwards. We give you an itemised report and invoice in English that is designed for exactly that.
Can you come to a serviced apartment or a rental villa?
Yes. Anywhere you are staying in Dubai — hotel, hotel apartment, holiday rental or a friend’s home — is fine. We just need the address and a contact at the door.
