What does the evidence actually say?
Human trial evidence is early and limited. NAD+ has a real and well-understood role in cell metabolism, but claims about reversing ageing go well beyond what has been demonstrated. We would rather you heard that from us.
Why does it take so long?
Infused quickly, NAD+ commonly causes chest tightness, nausea and cramping. Slowing the rate is what makes it tolerable, so we do not rush it.
