About us

The clinic that travels

Compass Medcare is a Dubai home healthcare service, operated by Clubtogether Hospitality. We take what a clinic normally does — the examination, the bloods, the injections, the dressings, the rehab — and deliver it where you actually live.

Why a compass?

A compass does not move you. It tells you where you are.

That is the job families ask us to do. An honest assessment fixes your position, then a clear plan we walk together. We do not promise what we cannot do, and we do not sell what you do not need.

We are part of the Compass group, which also includes Compass Autism Care — a team of IBCCES Certified Autism Specialists (CAS).

How we work

Four principles you can hold us to

N

The patient sets the direction

We fit around your home, your routine and your family — not around a clinic timetable.

E

Evidence, not upselling

If a test or a drip will not change anything, we say so. That costs us revenue and keeps us honest.

S

Someone explains the result

No report is emailed and abandoned. A doctor talks you through what the numbers mean.

W

We say what we cannot do

Home healthcare has real limits. When you need a hospital, we tell you to go to one.

Licensing and safety

Every doctor, nurse and therapist we send holds a current DHA licence, with qualifications and background verified before their first visit. Laboratory samples are processed by DHA-licensed, internationally accredited laboratories.

We are not an emergency service. In a life-threatening emergency in Dubai, call 998.

For general enquiries or complaints, email info@compassmedcare.com, or leave your number and we will call you.

Get in touch

Tell us what you need. We will call you.

We do not publish a phone number — we call you instead. Leave your number and a coordinator will be in touch within minutes to arrange the visit.

Request a call back

Leave your number and a coordinator will call you back to arrange the visit — usually within 15 minutes during the day.

This form is not for emergencies. In a life-threatening emergency call 998.
